Luggage Tag Foiling | Grand Opening of The Hangar

Our team of 5 had a blast personalizing luggage tags for guests at the grand opening for The Hangar, a new food hall that opened in South San Francisco. The aviation-themed event featured a ribbon cutting by South SF Mayor, James Coleman and Vice-Mayor Eddie Flores, DJ, luggage tag personalization and a seemingly unending supply of amazing eats!

In just 3 hours, our four calligraphers personalized around 250 luggage tags with initials for guests to bring home and commemorate the night’s event.

Calligraphy Customization on Duffel Bags & Hotel Keychains

With the weather warming up, more people are getting ready to go on trips, and I loved getting to do this brand activation! These customized branded duffel bags and retro hotel keychains were the perfect combination of fun & practical. Customers shopping at Bloomingdales in Stanford Shopping Center in Palo Alto, CA were able to snag one of these complimentary gifts with purchase to bring with them on vacation!

Leather Bookmark Foiling | Rippling

In celebration of International Women’s Day, SF-based software company Rippling hosted a networking event for HR professionals at the School Night space in San Francisco, CA. Author Kelli Thompson spoke with the group about her new book, Closing The Confidence Gap and light refreshments were served. To pair with their complimentary copy of the book, guests received a leather bookmark personalized with either their first name or initials— choosing between cognac and black for the color of the bookmark and gold or silver for the foil color. With approximately 80 guests in attendance, the customization was a hit!

SF-based software company Gainsight hosted a networking breakfast at the el Prado Hotel in downtown Palo Alto, the heart of the Silicon Valley. The events team was looking for a quiet personalization that allowed guests to “place their order” and then go off and mingle during the breakfast. Hot foiling was the perfect activation event for their needs, as the personalization is very quiet and can continue to quietly happen in the background of your event. This was the perfect live element addition as the low noise levels did not interfere with the speaker presentation, and by the time the event begin to wrap up, guests were able to swing by and leave with a customized luggage tag, in either gold or silver foil.

Roche Bobois, a global powerhouse in the high-end contemporary furniture scene, invited a team of 3 calligraphers from Inkscripted Studios to be on-site at their San Francisco showroom to do live personalization on branded leather luggage tags with guest initials or names. Around 200 guests enjoyed delicious bites, good music and received a customized leather luggage tag to commemorate the evening.
