Where are you located?
We are based in Fremont, California, but our artistry knows no bounds!
What areas do you service? Where will you travel to?
We mainly service the San Francisco, Bay Area, and Silicon Valley (Alameda County, Santa Clara County and San Mateo County), with no additional travel fees.
We often travel to Marin County, Sonoma County, Napa County, Santa Cruz County and Mendocino County, with some additional travel fees.
We are available to travel across the US and internationally! Travel & per diem costs will apply— please inquire via email.
What are your prices?
Our pricing varies depending on the service, project scope, and level of customization. Contact us with details about your event or project, and we’ll be happy to provide a tailored quote.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders (20+ items)?
Yes! We offer discounts for larger orders. Reach out to us with the specifics, and we’ll provide a custom quote based on your needs.
Do you take rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on the scope of your request and our current availability. Additional fees may apply. Keep in mind that ALL in-studio projects with less than 14 business days to complete are considered rush jobs. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss your timeline!
Rush fees are as follows:
14 business days: 50% rush fee
10 business days or less: 75% rush fee
48 hours: 100% rush fee
24 hours or less: 150% rush fee
If I purchase an in-studio customization, can you ship it to an address of my choice?
Absolutely! We can ship your customizations to your preferred address. Shipping fees and timelines will depend on the location and project details. Delivery is offered at $1.50 per mile.
Why should I book live personalization services?

How does live, on-site personalization work?
We will arrive on-site ready to rock and roll with our materials, dressed to the nines according to your event dress code. Once we are set up, guests can come to our table and watch as we personalize your item of choice in real-time. Depending on the flow of your event, they can pick up their customized item right then and there, or swing by at the end of the evening. Et voilà!

We work closely with each client to ensure that our artistic style aligns with your brand's needs. We offer a selection of styles, and can tailor our customizations to match your event or brand's colors and aesthetics.
